Volage EX-S is a sectional sofa characterised by a wide array of elements and a timelessly elegant aesthetic making it suitable for any living space. It is the result of an innovative industrial approach to the capitonné quilting technique developed by Philippe Starck and Cassina, where the traditional button has been replaced by a concealed inner fastener.Its extra-soft backrest has been achieved thanks to a pre-formed polyurethane insert making it particularly comfortable. The sofa has just one seat cushion and the armrests are available both in a wide feather-filled version with an expanded polyurethane core, or a slim version to create additional space and a more contained size.The precision-perfect stitching around the sofa’s edges, along with the impeccable leather workmanship of its integrated side-tables, illustrate Cassina’s meticulous attention to detail.The Volage EX-S collection lends itself to a myriad of compositions and includes new versions and sizes for its accompanying low tables.
