We are proud to share the exciting news that Agape has been awarded the prestigious Créateurs Design Awards 2025! The victory in the Best Design Collaboration category recognizes the exceptional quality of the Cenote collection, designed by Patricia Urquiola.

The Créateurs Design Awards is one of the most significant accolades in the world of architecture and design, celebrating works that inspire, set trends, and uphold a high level of aesthetics and craftsmanship. An international jury of 300 leading experts honored Cenote for its unique ability to merge nature, artisanal traditions, and functionality. The awards ceremony took place in Paris, bringing together top industry professionals.

The Cenote collection by Agape, designed by Patricia Urquiola, explores the natural beauty of materials and the refinement of artisanal craftsmanship. The collection is built around fireclay and lava stone, materials that reveal their distinctive characteristics. Fireclay, shaped by hand on a potter’s wheel, retains a raw, textured exterior and a smooth glazed interior, while lava stone reflects the primal beauty and elegance of volcanic material.

The collection includes basins in two sizes, available in countertop and column versions. The column designs feature a harmonious combination of a circular bowl and a geometrically precise base, creating an effect of sculptural elegance. The centerpiece of the collection is the Cenote bathtub, inspired by ancient caves. Crafted by hand over six weeks, its finishes celebrate the natural aesthetic of handmade artistry.

The victory at the Créateurs Design Awards 2025 once again proves that Agape is not just a factory but a true master of transforming bathroom design into art.
