Cassina's Outdoor Collection continues to expand for outdoor settings, from the living to the dining areas, with unique and innovative projects defined by a sophisticated design.
What is the starting point to transform the quintessential wooden chair into an outdoor version that maintains its legendary lightness? Cassina has responded to this design challenge by producing the Leggera Outdoor by Gio Ponti through hydroforming, a construction technique used in the Formula One sector.
A sophisticated, articulate and versatile architecture: the Lebeau table, designed by Patrick Jouin, is now available in a new version to furnish any outdoor environment. Born from meticulous structural research, the table maintains its iconic silhouette that, in a crescendo of volumes, branches out from the sinuous central column and opens to support a spacious, round top.
A new interpretation of Charlotte Perriand's Mexique model also stands out among the new outdoor designs. Created in close collaboration with Pernette Perriand-Barsac, this collection of tables and stools is attired in new materials and finishes studied specifically for the outdoors while maintaining the same aesthetic harmony.
The Dine Out Collection by Rodolfo Dordoni, which includes tables, stackable chairs and armchairs, is characterised by a refined aesthetic highlighted by the use of solid teak wood and sartorial details that embellish each piece.
From the 19th of January, in conjunction with Maison & Objet in Paris, Cassina presents its Outdoor Collection at its Paris Rive Gauche Showroom. This proposal is also on display in the Cassina showroom windows worldwide.
