Сassina pays homage to Philippe Starck. Somewhere else installation in Paris

From the 15th of January to 22nd of February, the Cassina Store Paris Rive Gauche becomes the stage for Somewhere Else, a special installation showcasing the pieces designed by Philippe Starck to celebrate his 30-year collaboration with Cassina.

Surrounded by soft, warm light, Somewhere Else is an immersive, enigmatic and surprising scenography that pays homage to Philippe Starck, offering a unique interpretation of intimacy and comfort.

Majestic and sensorial, the Volage Ex-S Night Wood bed is the focal point of the installation. This bed has been carefully developed in a selection of ad hoc finishes that draw from precious material fans and intense, elegant nuances. The architectural volumes of the store create a fascinating play of light and shadow, highlighting the new collection of seatings Somewhere EL-S, enhancing its sophisticated details: from the refined artisanal work by the world of saddlery and leatherwork that characterises all the seatings, to the materials with a bold character, such as the hand-woven natural leather used for the backrests.

Like a curtain, the Boulevard Saint-Germain window reveals some details of the installation with a drape framing a selection of furniture from the Somewhere EL-S collection, in an invitation to discover the magic of Philippe Starck.
