The Italian factory Black Tie has presented a new collection, one of the main characters of which is Viennese straw; a type of weaving that does not lose its relevance even after decades. Taking this durable and visually attractive material as a basis, the team has reinterpreted it in objects for residential and public interiors. An expressive wicker element appears in the Itoku screen with integrated storage compartments and the Kumiko chair with a soft seat and a rounded back. Among the new products, the Carmelo sofa stands out in particular, the strict design of which is combined with the enveloping lines of the cushions. Its textile upholstery from the Black Tie fabric collection is complemented by an exquisite detail; contrasting stitching, giving the item elegance. To complete the design of a modern space, the designers of the factory suggest using the Gemma chest of drawers, the relief facade of which resembles origami, the Tiam mirror, the Amoris table with a marble and quartzite tabletop and the Lilith sofa.
